Hatchery activities continued on this year with no major problems or event, until November, when a massive slide filled much of the creek bed with mud. This was the worst slide that we had ever experienced. Fortunately, Graham Knell was on site when it happened, so he could do some immediate "damage control". The mud was caught by sticks and debris before it could make its way to the best spawning bed. We don't know if any redds were covered by the mud or not.
